This is a VERY special new critter to emerge from the Emma's Bears Studio - a stunning new baby dragon called 'Natsuki'! 

She is made from a piece of our imported mohair/cotton blend fabric with a very unique textured pile effect. The backing and the cotton-twists are a gorgeous blue-green, while the tufts of mohair are a lemon/lime. The effect is rather striking, and works perfectly on a dragon! 

Natsuki is fully 5-way jointed (head and all four limbs). She is stuffed well with polyfill, steel shot and eco fill. Her belly gusset, paw pads, spine-spikes, inner ears and wings are sewn from a gorgeous quilting quality 100% cotton fabric in a complementary lemon/lime/blue-green design. 

She looks out through a pair of our large hand-painted OOAK glass eyes in swirls of greens and golds. We've sculpted her lids and shaded around her eyes, mouth, belly, paws, ears and wings. She has cute little black leather claws that are still soft to the touch. (They'll get a little more dangerous as she grows into them ;) ) 

Her petite baby-wings are handmade by Emma using a wire frame, fabric, gold sparkles and a stunning clear glass teardrop crystal. Natsuki's forehead is adorned with a gold-tone and clear-crystal moon shaped talisman. 

Natsuki is a stunning one of a kind artist soft sculpture. 

~*~ Please Note that these bears are designed to be Adult Collectables and not intended for infants and young children due to small parts (eyes) and potential for damage (excessive limb twisting/ busted seams etc) – however child safe versions can be custom made and I would think that the bears would be fine with sensible, gentle children (yes – I am sure they exist!)
